Make your own mozzarella at home with the Cheese Lady, Jill Erber, and Chef Natasha of Cheesetique, then enjoy your creation in a fresh caprese salad! Purchase your cheese-making kit, including mozzarella curd, fresh tomatoes and basil, balsamic reduction, and half a baguette for $59.99 per kit, and choose to add on a bottle of crisp white wine hailing from Calabria in Southern Italy ($21.99 per bottle). Kits can be picked up anytime Monday or Tuesday July 18th or 19th from either Cheesetique location. Once you receive your kit, keep the cheeses refrigerated until one hour before the class. On class day, the link and password will be provided for the 6:00 p.m. virtual class.
