Have you wanted to learn more about the gin of the world? Claudia Chamberlain will be hosting a virtual exploration of gins from the four corners of the globe including the history gin, different production methods, the role of botanicals and classic gin cocktails. Tasting kits will be available for pick-up on Thursday August 25th (by appointment between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. from Capital Wine School located at 5207 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite #7, Third Floor, Washington DC) so that you can mix up and taste along a menu of 8 gins and a bottle of tonic for pairing. Other ingredients can be added to your preference, but please have these on hand during the class. Tickets are available for $85 per kit which includes all gin and tonic samples and your access to the Zoom class.
