Capital Wine School: WSET Level 1 Award in Sake with Caroline Hermann MW Online

This half-day online course is the ideal starting point for the novice sake enthusiast, or those working with sake. No prior experience is required. Students will pick up sake tasting samples from the Capital Wine School curbside by appointment on June 25 between 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. The course includes the processes and principles involved in the production, storage, and service of sake, as well as tasting, and remote-proctored exam on July 5 at 2:00pm (30 multiple choice questions in 45 minutes).
