Capital Wine School: WSET Level 2 Award in Sake with Caroline Hermann MW - Mixed Format

WSET’s new Level 2 Award in Sake is intended for anyone wishing to learn about the different styles of sake and how they are made, as well as those seeking to build on the introductory knowledge gained with the WSET Level 1 Award in Sake. However, there are no entry requirements for this qualification. The course focuses on how the ingredients used by brewers are processed and combined to create the many different styles of sake. $799 per person, includes interactive online theory sessions, in-person guided sake tasting at the Capital Wine School,  instruction by Caroline Hermann MW, the Level 2 Sake workbook and textbook, the final exam, and mailing of certificates of achievement to addresses in the U.S. Register here.
