The aim of this course is to provide a detailed analysis of the principal wines of the world. Students will also benefit from in-depth tastings where they will learn to identify product style and quality. Emphasis is given to tasting assessment skills. Course content includes two units: Wines of the World and Tasting and Evaluating Wines of the World. The cost of the class is $1,500 per student and includes all WSET study materials, wine tasting samples selected by Jay Youmans MW, 10 online sessions guided by a CWS instructor, and the cost of the exam; reserve your spot or learn more about specifics for the class here.
