Yara is toasting the Labor Day with a special celebration, featuring special items such as pollo a la brasa: Peruvian rotisserie chicken marinated overnight in Peruvian spices + local IPA, with yuca fries, salad, and salsa; choripan: the traditional Argentinian sandwich with grilled sausage, house chimichurri, and fresh salad; anticuchos, classic Peruvian street food; ceviches; crisp cocktails, wine, and beer, and much more. Guests are invited to make reservations on Resy and join in for the LDW fun. 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
