Guests are invited to experience Chef Amy Brandwein’s new eight-course dinner tasting menu inside Centrolina’s intimate private Chef’s Salon. Rooted in her mantra, “simple is exquisite,” the menu highlights the seasonal bounty of the Mid-Atlantic while showcasing the elegance, versatility, and delicacy of Italian cuisine. Each thoughtfully composed course blends Italian tradition with global inspiration, creating a dynamic dialogue between food and optional wine pairings, driven by specific ingredients, concepts, and personal experiences. The tasting menu changes weekly and is offered most Fridays at 7 PM, with limited seating available. Dinner is $175 per person, with an optional wine pairing for $125 per person. Most allergies and dietary preferences can be accommodated when noted at least five days in advance; guests are encouraged to contact the restaurant directly with any questions.
