Cheese Pairing Showdown/Class at Maxwell Park

At 1:00 p.m., join Maxwell Park for a 90-minute wine class. Three rounds of wines squaring off to determine the best pairing with three different cheeses. In this class, you take on the role as judges and will be exposed to various cheese pairing theories from their Sommeliers. The Sommeliers include: Brent Kroll, Jill Zankoswski, and JT Garczyński.
