Winemaker Tasting at Slater Run Vineyards

Join Associate Winemaker, Karl Selzer, at Slater Run Vineyards for a tasting and discussion through the different types of acid found and used in wine production. From sparkling, white, and red, they will explore how acids and their relationships to each other shape the way they approach winemaking from the vineyard to the bottle.
