In this class you will begin with a guided cheese tasting followed by an in-depth board building lesson with the owner of Cheesemonster, Alice Bergen Phillips. Each class member will build a cheeseboard from an array of local and artisanal cheeses and pairings. The class details how to pick items for your board, and then how to cut and arrange ingredients with an eye towards color, texture, and design. There will also be unlimited complimentary house red and while wines to enjoy during the class. General admission tickets are priced at $90 per person, or VIP tickets are available for $115 per person and include the opportunity to take home a wooden cheeseboard and one additional cheese to take home.
