Join Mess Hall for the most unique and comprehensive essential-knife-skills class ever - with dinner included! Michelin-starred chef Chris Morgan is pretty sharp when it comes to using a knife, and he's your instructor for one night only. This is a hands-on 2-hour experience that begins with chopping basics and progresses through various techniques, including fine dicing, culminating with butchering a whole chicken! You will learn how to select the right tool for the right use, how to care for knives, and knife safety tips. Chef Chris will be preparing one of his signature chicken recipes and teaching you each step of the process so you can try it at home. Tickets are priced at $125 per person, and can be purchased here. Class will begin at 6:00 p.m.
