Coming up on Wildwood's seven-year anniversary, Chef Robert Wiedmaier will be at Wildwood Kitchen cooking a special four-course menu aside Wildwood's new Chef de Cuisine, Stephen Jones.  The menu includes giant prawns with chickpeas and roasted tomatoes, caramelized garlic, EVO, squid stuffed with chorizo and pine nuts, squid ink, polenta, roasted rack of lamb, grilled eggplant, rosemary potatoes, and capers, and reblochon with fig jam. The cost for each dinner is $78, exclusive of tax and gratuity, with an optional wine pairing for $40.
