Cooking Class: Pasta & Dessert

Step into Via Umbria's kitchen where you and a small group of amateur chefs will enjoy an intimate cooking class. They will demonstrate how to make pasta by hand and prepare the perfect sauce to pair your pasta with. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to roll up your sleeves and try it yourself, and, as a bonus, you will have the opportunity to create one of Via Umbria's signature desserts. This week’s menu features Saffron Tagliolini “Carbonara” with Guanciale, local corn, cherry tomatoes, egg and pecorino, followed by Pan di Spagna with blueberries and ricotta cream, with the chance afterward to enjoy your handiwork.
