Maybe it’s the delicate, lacy edges or the way they transition effortlessly from a cozy breakfast to an indulgent dessert to lunch or even dinner. Either way, once you learn the technique, you’ll wonder why you haven’t been making them all along!
 

In this hands-on class, we’ll whisk, swirl, and flip our way to crepe perfection. First up: a savory, herb-studded crepe filled with smoky ham (or caramelized onions) and melted Gruyère—because breakfast should feel a little elevated. Then, we’ll move on to something sweet, where you’ll build your own crepe with a variety of fillings, toppings, and spreads.
