Día de los Muertos Dining at dLena
dLeña has returned with their Día de los Muertos dining celebration this fall (through November 6). Chef Richard Sandoval has developed menus that showcase the four elements found in a traditional ofrenda: earth, water, air, and fire. Menu highlights include mole coloradito enchiladas (chorizo, cotija and mole and the palo santo pan de muerto (smoked palo santo butter and a marigold-infused sugar). 202.560.5999; dlenadc.com
