D.C. Vegan Chef Challenge
The inagural D.C. Vegan Chef Challenge kicks off on Monday, August 1st and goes through Wednesday, August 31st. The Vegan Chef Challenge is a month-long event that showcases new vegan menu items created by chefs at local restaurants. Several restaurants participate and diners are encouraged to vote on their favorites. The restaurants and chefs currently participating are: Spacy Cloud, Shafleafa's Kitchen, D.C.
