Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown is Celebrating National Mimosa Day with brunch to-go on Saturday, May16th. Executive Chef Jordi Gallardo and his team are preparing a chicken and waffles brunch to-go, paprika butter and maple syrup are included. 50% of the sale of each Mimosa Brunch To-Go will benefit the ALL Heartist Fund, a special reserve providing critical financial support to those members of the Accor family hit hardest by the COVID-19 crisis. Servings at $10 each and $5 for first responders and medical personnel, are available for pick up from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.
