On Christmas Eve, Urbana will showcase Feast of the Seven Fishes with a selection of Italian seafood dishes with a modern twist. Originating in Southern Italy and popularized in the United States, the customary Christmas Eve dinner includes multiple seafood courses designed to abstain from meat until Christmas Day. Chef Ethan’s interpretation of this holiday tradition features a menu of six, seafood-centric courses plus a dessert course.
