Held in the restaurant’s private dining room at Mallard, the four-course experience will pair world-class, terroir-driven Finger Lakes wines with dishes by Chef Hamilton Johnson. With a distinguished career spanning a PhD in grape genetics from UC Davis, a decade at E&J Gallo, and a pioneering commitment to sustainable winemaking at New York State’s only LEED Gold–certified winery, Nancy will dine with guests and share her expertise throughout the evening.
