On Wednesday, November 5, and Thursday, November 6, guests are invited to experience a collaborative cocktail journey celebrating the heritage, craftsmanship, and creativity of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula and Argentina’s spirited bar scene.

The evening will feature signature creations from Zapote Bar, collaborative cocktails crafted by both bar teams, and a special tribute drink from Florería Atlántico—each inspired by stories, ingredients, and traditions that define these world-class destinations. Guests can expect live music, evocative décor reminiscent of the Yucatán, handcrafted ceramics, fresh herbs, natural textures, and the warm hospitality both bars are known for. Seatings are available at 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with a media preview night on November 5.
