François-Xavier Dauré has been a friend to Lutèce in Georgetown for years, so The Popal Group team is excited to welcome him into their new home in Adams Morgan at Maison Bar à Vins. From the village of Espira de L’Agly in the Roussillon region of France, François-Xavier Dauré has crafted some of the most vibrant and exciting wines in the region. Highlights include a floral and spicy blend of Syrah and Muscat and a wildly lush white made from co-fermenting all colors of Grenache these are wines of charm and soul. Maison will feature several wines F.X.’s profile, and Francios-Xavier will be on hand to mingle with guests and explain his wine-making process alongside The Popal Group’s Wine Director and Advanced Sommelier, Chris Ray.
