Free Elemental Sound Bath + Breakfast From Icelandic Provisions

Icelandic Provisions, the brand bringing a taste of Icelandic culture and cultures to the dairy aisle, and Taste of Iceland, the annual festival that celebrates all things Icelandic – food, cocktails, music, film, and more – are happening next week in D.C. As part of the festival, Icelandic Provisions is hosting an Elemental South Bath and Breakfast Bar at the Eaton DC on March 19th at 10:00 a.m. You are invited to rejuvenate your mind and nourish your body with an hour of meditation followed by a protein-rich breakfast from Icelandic Provisions. If you’re not familiar, skyr is a thick and creamy Icelandic yogurt that’s been a staple of the Icelandic diet for thousands of years. The Icelandic way of life is all about balance, and meditation and skyr is the perfect way to start your Saturday off with a healthy mindset.
