Join for daikon oroshi hamburger steak and mochi ice cream. Hamburger steaks are an immensely popular dish to make at home in Japan. Sometimes served with a tomato sauce or a teriyaki sauce, you'll make "wafu" or Japanese-style hamburger steaks, which merge Japanese and western flavors by adding grated daikon and ponzu sauce. The fusion meal will be topped off with mochi ice cream. Tickets are $10 for JASWDC members and $20 for non-members.
