In addition to the regular breakfast and lunch menu, Eaton DC will be featuring a turkey dinner served family-style, perfect for gathering friends before the holidays. First-course options include: fall greens (endive, pistachio, blood orange vinaigrette, midnight moon goat cheese); she-crab bisque (lump crab, aged sherry, carrot confit, togarashi cheese puffs); pastrami smoked salmon (creme fraiche, pickled autumn vegetables, pumpernickel, smoked roe). Second-course options include: heritage turkey dinner (milk poached breast, turkey sausage stuffing, sweet potato fondue, brussels sprouts, giblet gravy); seared sea scallops (celery root hashbrowns, duck leg confit, white cherry gastrique); berkshire porkchop (smashed fingerling potato, kimchee collards, smoked bacon marmelade); BBQed heirloom carrots (braised endive, walnut gremolata, black truffle vinaigrette, orange jam). Third-course options include: "pecan pie" (pecan blondie, caramel crémeux, whiskey caramel, butter pecan ice cream); sweet potato panna cotta (chocolate and coffee textures). Beverage offerings include: Beaujolais Nouveau, Terres Dorees, Beaujolais, France, 2019, Gamay, Chateau Cambon, Brouilly, France, 2018. The punch special includes: Aged Rum, Brandy, Madeira, Lemon, Chai Tea, Sparkling Wine.
