Grand 50th Anniversary Seven-Course Dinner Gala

L’Auberge Chez François marks its 50th anniversary with a Grand Seven-Course Dinner Gala on May 3 from 5:00–7:00 PM. Hosted by Chef Jacques, Paul Haeringer, and the restaurant’s team, the evening begins with a celebratory toast honoring the legacy of the Haeringer family.

Guests will enjoy a curated dégustation menu featuring classic family-favorite dishes, each paired with carefully selected French wines. Throughout the evening, the experience is enriched with stories and reflections on the restaurant’s history, from its origins in Washington, D.C. to its iconic setting in Great Falls.

Set on the covered garden terrace, the gala offers an elegant atmosphere with scenic views, making it a memorable way to celebrate five decades of French culinary tradition and hospitality.
