Mallard invites guests to a truly special evening on Thursday, August 14th, as they host the Hill Farmstead 15th Anniversary Dinner—an exclusive four-course beer and food pairing experience. Chef Hamilton Johnson has curated a thoughtful menu that reflects his Southern roots and culinary creativity, each course paired with rare and limited-edition beers from the world-renowned Hill Farmstead Brewery. Founded by Shaun Hill in 2010 on his ancestral land in Greensboro, Vermont, Hill Farmstead has earned international acclaim for its expressive, terroir-driven beers. Guests will enjoy five of these exceptional brews—many seldom seen outside the brewery’s taproom—while Bob Montgomery, a key figure from Hill Farmstead’s leadership team, shares stories, tasting notes, and insights into the brewery’s legacy. Seating for this intimate dinner is limited and arranged at communal tables in Mallard’s warm and welcoming dining room. Tickets are $150 per guest, inclusive of gratuity.
