Crisp shells of fried dough filled with fresh ricotta cream, cannoli are undoubtedly Sicily's most famous contribution to the world of sweets. In this class, you will make the dough for the cannoli, roll it out and cut it, then shape and fry the shells. You will also make two fillings for the cannolis and you will learn how to garnish them.
