Introduction To Wine Basics Online Class

This introductory class is designed for those wanting to develop a good foundation of wine knowledge and an understanding of how to taste wine. This class will be taught on Cisco WebEx or Zoom. You will learn the main styles of wine, the most important wine grapes, key wine producing countries and regions, how grapes are grown and wine is produced, how to taste wine like a pro, what to look for and why, matching food and wine, serving, storing, and buying wine, and the best way to buy wine in retail stores and restaurants. $75. The virtual class will take place 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wine samples available for curbside pickup by appointment on Thursday, February 25th between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. To register, please click here.
