Taco Bamba Big Game Platter

For Super Bowl LV, Chef Victor Albisu’s beloved taqueria, Taco Bamba, is offering the big game platter from all five Virginia locations. The platter includes eighteen Bamba wings with cotija poblano ranch, and a nacho set with a twelve ounce choice of carne asada, barbacoa, spiced ground beef, birria, carnitas, chorizo, chicken tinga, spicy 'shroom, or roasted buffalo cauliflower, eight ounces each of queso, guacamole, pickled jalapeño, pico de gallo, and crema, and sixteen ounces choice of salsa. The platter serves three to four people and is priced at $65.
