Next week kicks off Jaleo's Gin and Tonic Festival, which runs from April 17-30. An ode to one of Joseì Andreìs’ favorite cocktails, Jaleo is excited to celebrate the fascinating history of the drink which has united cultures and continents all over the world.

- Appetizer (Tanguery, Cynar, lemon juice, lavendar bitters, fever tree indian tonic)
- Saints (Tangueray, ginger syrup, St Germain, chareau aloe vera liquor, fever tree indian tonic)
- Ultimate (Hendrick’s Gin, Fever-Tree Indian tonic, makrut leaf, juniper, lemon, lime)
- Mediterranean (Gin Mare, Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic, lemon, lime, thyme)
