For a new spin on Thanksgiving, follow along as Chef Vered Guttman makes globally-inspired dishes from Georgia, Iran, and the Mediterranean. The menu includes wild mushroom Khachapuri (a Georgian cheese and egg bread), roasted cauliflower in tahini and za’atar, date and mascarpone meringue pie, and more.
