Jigs and Swigs: The Irish Dance Workout

Sunday March 8th beginning at 1:30 to 2:15 p.m. at Atlas Brew Works in the Bridge District, enjoy an addicting and invigorating Irish Dance inspired workout co-founded right here in DC! Step, Sip and Smile at Atlas's new location in the Bridge District. First timers are always welcome, think Zumba with a Riverdance soundtrack!
