Maydān is hosting a one-night-only Tawle menu with Kareem El-Ghayesh of KG BBQ, bringing together Texas-style barbecue with Egyptian flavors. Highlights include Brisket Hummus, Grilled Lamb Chops with Spicy Chimichurri, and a rich Cardamom Pistachio Rice Pudding.
