La Cucina Cooking Class: How To Master Risotto

This virtual course is led by one of La Cucina Italiana's chefs and will livestream from La Cucina Italiana’s cooking school in Milan, Italy. Moderated by one of their editors, the cooking lesson couples the live interaction of an in-person class with comfort of cooking at home. During the one-hour lesson, the chef will demonstrate tips and techniques for cooking the perfect risotto. La Cucina has also partnered with the Italian food importer Gustiamo to offer an optional curated box of high quality ingredients to prepare the two recipes. Gustiamo orders must be placed by Wednesday, October 20th to ensure delivery before the class. Once registered for the online class, you’ll receive a digital booklet with all the recipes, a list of ingredients to make the dishes (during or after the live stream), a list of the necessary equipment to prepare the recipes, and a link for connecting to the class the day of the course.
