Little Blackbird Celebrates the 50th Anniversary of the Judgment of Paris

In honor of the 50th anniversary of the historic 1976 Judgment of Paris — the blind tasting that forever changed the global wine industry — Little Blackbird will offer a celebratory pairing experience highlighting the California wines that famously triumphed over their French counterparts. 

To commemorate the occasion, Little Blackbird will feature:

• 4 oz. pour of Chateau Montelena Chardonnay paired with Whole Wheat Pearl Couscous Risotto with parmesan, spring peas, and morel mushrooms — $50

• 4 oz. pour of Stag’s Leap Cabernet Sauvignon paired with Steak Au Poivre, hearth-roasted asparagus, and portobello mushrooms — $50

Guests may enjoy both courses for $95.
