On Thursday, July 13th, join Lapis at Lapop for their first Experimental Cocktail night where they attempt to discover “Afghan Cocktails”. For each installment of the Experimental Cocktail Night they will partner with one distillery to come up with a menu of cocktails which only utilize spirits made by that distillery.
For this first installment, they have partnered with Westward Distillery from Portland Oregon. The cocktails for this night will be using the Westward Single Malt. In addition to the cocktail menu, they will also offer a flight tasting of three Westward whiskies and a selection of dumplings and kabobs from the Lapis kitchen.
