MARK YOUR CALENDAR: Level Up; Plant Based, No-Waste Cooking Class

Chef Marguax will lead a plant based cooking class beginning at 6:00 pm. Learn hands on and learn to make almond milk, plus learn various uses for the pulp and milk. Participants will also learn to about the versatility of garbanzo beans and learn to make your own almond milk cheese. Using all the ingredients and tequniques provided guests will make their own lunch and be able to take the recipiec home. All prep will focus on reducing food waste. 

Tickets are $70 per person for VIP (unlimited wine included) and $85 per person for nonmembers, tickets cna be purchased here
