Founded in 2020, Fair Isle Brewing is celebrated for its farmhouse-style beers crafted with local yeast, bacteria, and foraged ingredients. Embracing the spirit of the Pacific Northwest, Fair Isle believes that farmhouse beer is about the mindset and respect for its origins, as well as the importance of connecting with their region.
