This November 5 through November 7, Vikram Sunderam of Rasika will team up with Mama Ayesha’s for a dine-in partnership and specialty menu paying homage to the middle eastern cafe that has served ambassadors, foreign dignitaries, and U.S. officials since the 1960s in the nation's Capitol. This specialty collaboration will cheers to the famous food institution and create a multi-course remix menu that riffs on the institution’s signature fare.
