Host farmers Jo and Rob Pendergraph grow a huge variety of salad greens, culinary herbs, specialty produce and edible flowers for a host of enthusiastic chefs in the region. Guest Chef Brittanny Anderson of Metzger Bar & Butchery is one of them. Chef Brittany has an impressive culinary resume including the most recent season of Top Chef. At her James Beard nominated restaurant in Richmond, she serves seasonal German-inspired dishes with the best of Virginia’s bounty like ramp spaetzle and local chicken schnitzel. $325 per person.
