Summer is getting an early kickstart over Memorial Day weekend at National Harbor. Boating will be beginning on Memorial Day weekend with hydrobikes, CraigCats, and more. National Harbor will also be celebrating Memorial Day weekend with a concert by the Navy Band at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 28th on the waterfront.
