Mexico City Pop-Up Dinner

Compass Rose is turning five this month and to celebrate, the restaurant is hosting a Mexico City Pop-Up Dinner inspired by Rose, Chef Gerald, and Chef Chris's recent R&D trip to Mexico City. The a la carte menu includes a selection of ceviche, tacos, and small plates. Dishes include a Sea Urchin Ceviche with chile de arbol and avocado, Duck Barbacoa and Rajas tacos, Mole Poblano with turkey and tortillas and a Squash Blossom Quesadilla.
