Chef Kevin Tien of Moon Rabbit and chef Amy Brandwein of Centrolina with a unique collaboration dinner celebrating the intersection of two rich culinary traditions. The five-course tasting menu will weave techniques and flavors of Italian and Vietnamese cuisine and will feature a special dessert from James Beard nominated Chef Susan Bae and welcome beverage from Moon Rabbit's Beverage Director Thi Nguye. Both chefs are multiple-time James Beard Award nominees and 2024 Semifinalists for Best-Chef Mid-Atlantic. $125 per person, a portion of proceeds will benefit charity. Purchase here.
