Mosaico Dinner at Fiola

On March 3 at 6:00 PM, Fiola hosts its highly anticipated Mosaico Dinner, led by Executive Chef & Partner Antonio Mermolia. The one-night-only collaborative experience brings together an all-star lineup of regional culinary talent, including Ryan Ratino of Bresca and Jônt, Rob Rubba of Oyster Oyster, Jeremiah Langhorne of The Dabney, Carlos Delgado of Causa, and Michael Rafidi of Albi. Each chef will present a signature course as part of a seamless multi-course tasting menu celebrating the season at its peak, with curated wine pairings selected by award-winning beverage director Casper Rice.
