Mintwood Place will offer a variety of specials on their seasonal a la carte menu. Prepared by Chef de Cuisine Matthew Cockrell, standout dishes include: Lobster Bisque with tobiko roe and red prawn crème fraîche, priced at $14; Foie Gras Terrine with sauce Cassis, served with brioche, priced at $15; Grilled Beef Tenderloin Medallions with white asparagus and sauce béarnaise, priced at $35; and Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb with pommes purée, haricot verts and lamb jus, priced at $32. For a sweet ending to the year, indulge in Tuxedo Cake with black cocoa, vanilla buttercream, dark chocolate ganache and cocoa nib ice cream, priced at $10; Buttermilk Panna Cotta with grapefruit, blood orange and candied walnuts, priced at $10; Cranberry Lime Tart with gingersnap crust and whipped cream, priced at $10; and Champagne Sorbet with pop rocks, priced at $6.
