New Year's Eve Dinner

Ring in the New Year with a special four course meal. The evening begins with options like duck liver parfait with port gelee, cornichons and toasted brioche or romaine heart with chorizo breadcrumbs, bottarga, parmesan, pickled cherry tomatoes and mixed micro herbs. The second course includes squab & chestnut tortellini with brown butter emulsion and white stew of veal en croute with oyster mushrooms, braised celery & pearl onion and brandied veloute, followed by  entrees like grilled filet mignon with lemon-horseradish, potato puree, grilled asparagus and mixed mushrooms, and pan seared rock fish & shrimp with red wine braised lentils and roasted cipollini onions. The festive dessert course will include sweet treats like the sphere of citrus & champagne with citrus, champagne spheres, toasted butter brioche and vanilla cake and ambrosia of raspberry & beet with layers of flourless chocolate cake, chambord and beet juice and malto raspberry powder—the perfect way to end 2019!
