New Years Eve Five-Course Menu

To ring in the beginning of a new decade, the culinary team at Estuary will offer a luxurious five-course tasting menu. You will begin your meal by choosing from a selection of appetizers such as smoked Carolina trout profiteroles, blue crab tarts with osetra caviar, or Foie gras toast served with crispy duck skin and persimmon jam. Second and third-course options feature local ingredients sourced from the Chesapeake Bay and surrounding farmlands; highlights include a Virginia fluke Crudo with winter radishes, a Chesapeake rockfish with mussels and kabocha squash, and an ember roasted cabbage served with mustards and pumpernickel. Entrée options include a maitake mushroom served in a black truffle brodo with egg yolk gnocchi or a 60-day aged beef ribeye with chestnuts, black truffle, and potato. A selection of desserts will be offered along with a champagne toast at the conclusion of the meal.  A la carte offerings from the normal Estuary dinner menu will only be available at the Estuary bar. The bar will host a celebratory New Year’s Eve countdown with special food and beverage offerings. The meal, exclusive of tax and gratuity, is priced at $150 per person; 18% gratuity will be added to parties of six people or more. A credit card is required for advance reservations and a $50 fee will be charged for cancellations received seven days prior. In addition to New Year’s Eve service, Estuary will also serve its popular a la carte brunch on New Year’s Day. Available between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., festive champagne cocktails made tableside will also be available throughout brunch service.
