The Bombay Club will serve a festive menu is being prepared by Executive Chef Nilesh Singhvi. The five-course, prix fixe menu is priced at $85 per person and begins with an amuse of Roasted Butternut Squash Shorba followed by an appetizer sampler which includes Dahi Kebab with yogurt, rice, and tomato chutney; Baingan Dolma with eggplant, sweet potato and ginger and Mushroom Prune Kofta with cilantro raisin chutney.  Next, you will select an appetizer and entrée off the celebratory menu with highlights to include Curry Leaf Black Pepper Scallop with tomato coconut chutney; Mutton Ghee Roast with goat, chilies, coconut and neer dosa; Duck Khurchan with onion, tomato, garlic, served with whole wheat bread; Morel Musallam with cashew, mace, and khasta paratha; Dum Ka Lobster with yogurt, saffron, and cardamom; Chicken Lababdar with chicken tikka, onion, tomato, and fenugreek leaves, as well as Shrimp Moilee with coconut, ginger, clove and curry leaves. For dessert, you will enjoy a sampler of Chocolate Mousse, Pistachio Kalakand, and Rum & Raisin Crème Brûlée.
