Online Class: Clothbound Cheddar By Cheesetique

Clothbound cheeses are as traditional as cheesemaking gets, so time-consuming and labor-intensive, that very few cheesemakers still do it. But when they do, behold the flavors. This is a special opportunity to taste five artisan clothbound Cheddars, almost never seen before in one place. To make it fun, Cheesetique is doing a "showdown" of sorts, pitting English vs. American. Each kit serves 2-4 people and includes cheeses from England, Virginia Mango Chutney and Flatbread Crackers, wine, and more.
