Rainbow Theatre Project presents a reading of Parzival, a brand new play by Percival Hornak. The playwright describes the play as "an adaptation of Wolfram von Eschenbach's Parzival that explores trans identity and self-insert fan fiction alongside Arthurian legend."
Tickets for the showing are available for purchase at through Rainbow Theatre Project for $15 per person. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and the play begins at 7:00 p.m. A food and beverage minimum of $25 per person will be applied in addition to the price of the ticket.
Hornak is a dramaturg and playright who loves baseball, ghost stories, and plays about lesbians. He is an MFA candidate in Dramaturgy at UMass Amherst, and is proud to be a co-producer of Dungeons and Drama Nerds, a podcast exploring the intersection between theatre and tabletop role-playing games.
